Touch, Balance, and Quickness. Balance is total body awareness, teaching the player about the importance of flexibility, strength, and conditioning through systematic techniques during sessions. Touch is the technical side of the game (e.g., shooting, ball control, receiving, passing). Quickness is how I help the student bring the Mind and the Body together to be swift and rapid through speed and agility drills. I strive to help parents build smart “Futbol” players that can be well rounded in today’s world.
